Darren Chiasson, CPA, CA with MNP, presented the 2022 Audit Service Plan.

Committee Minutes of:

2. Approval of Agenda:

Moved by Councillor Cyril MacDonald, seconded by Councillor Paruch, approval of the
August 24, 2022 Audit Committee Agenda as circulated.
Motion Carried.
3. MNP —Presentation:
a) 2022 Audit Service Plan:
Mr. Darren Chiasson, CPA, CA —Partner, Business Advisor, MNP - presented the 2022
Audit Service Plan outlined in the agenda package.
Mr. Chiasson advised that the auditors have already started the audit and are on site at
City Hall for the next few weeks. They plan to present to Council in mid-September and
will be prepared to go through the Audit findings and Management Letter. Once
approved they will submit the final report.
Following the presentation, the Committee had discussion on the information provided
and thanked Darren Chiasson for his presentation.
