SIGNING OFFICERS
1.CBRM Cheques:
The signatures of the Mayor or Deputy Mayor and the signatures of the Chief Administrative Officer
or Chief Financial Officer, may be printed, lithographed or otherwise mechanically reproduced on
any cheque issued by the Municipality.
2.Deeds and other Documentation:
The Mayor or Deputy Mayor and the Clerk or the Chief Administrative Officer may sign deeds or
other documents, to which the Municipality is a party, on behalf of the Municipality.
