HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-100 Orderly Conduct By-law CAPE BRETON REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY Bylaw S5 ORDERLY CONDUCT 1. No person shall loiter on or around the steps or entrances of any buildings in the Regional Municipality. 2.No person shall loiter on or around any roads, streets, or sidewalks in the Regional Municipality. 3. No person shall permit any device or apparatus that produces, amplifies, emits or transmits sounds that are capable of being heard on any street or public place or dwelling (other than the dwelling in which it is located) to be audible beyond twenty feet from the device or apparatus. 4. No person shall, except by written authorization from the Municipal Clerk, permit any device or apparatus that produces, amplifies, emits or transmits sounds that are capable of being heard on any street or public place or dwelling (other than the dwelling in which it is located) to be audible within any dwelling other than that in which it is located. 5. Any Bylaw or any provision thereof passed and approved by any former Municipality within the boundaries of the County of Cape Breton prior to July 31, 1995 which conflicts with or acts contrary to the provisions of this Bylaw are hereby repealed with this Bylaw becoming law and any other provisions of such Bylaws are hereby ratified and confirmed insofar as they are not in conflict with this Bylaw.
